Trisha was born and raised in Saint John, NB, and has over 20 years of experience as a physiotherapist in the public sector. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from Mount Allison University and a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University. Her journey into physiotherapy was inspired by her own experience as a varsity soccer player at Mount Allison University, where multiple knee injuries introduced her to the world of rehab and recovery. This personal connection contributes to her passion for helping others stay healthy, active and remaining involved in what they love. Trisha has been actively involved in her community, coaching high school soccer for over a decade. She leads an active lifestyle herself having completed marathons, half marathons, and adventure races. Her love of the outdoors is noted as she continues to enjoy hiking, kayaking and snowshoeing on trails throughout our beautiful province. With a strong background in orthopedics, post operative care and sports injuries, she is excited to bring her expertise to the clinical setting. She believes in the importance of education and ones overall strength and mobility to support independence and overall well-being. Her compassionate, client centered approach helps individuals of all ages to regain strength and reach their personal goals.
