Osteopath Manual Practitioner, Registered Massage Therapist and Science Kinesiology graduate
Jessica attended the University of New Brunswick to complete a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology degree in 2013. She spent an additional year at the university gaining experience training high-performance athletes as well as special populations. She also became a Strength Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) and Exercise Physiologist (CSEP).
After working 2+ years as a Kinesiologist, she decided to go back to school to widen her expertise in massage therapy and osteopathy. Jessica completed the massage therapy program in 2018 and has a diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practitioner as of April 2023 from the Canadian College of Osteopathy.
Jessica is experienced in treating pelvic & low back pain, TMJ dysfunction, Vagus nerve stimulation, digestive issues, scars, prenatal prep., menstrual pain, cranial therapy, and more. Treatments with Jessica will focus on the cause and origin of symptoms for long-term success and overall well-being.
