Jenn is originally from Nova Scotia and now living right here in Quispamsis!

Jenn was a high-performance snowboard cross and parallel giant slalom athlete, competing at Canada Games 2011. Growing up a competitive athlete Jenn spent her fair share of time in multidisciplinary clinics receiving treatment for post injury and preventative care. This led her on her journey into rehabilitation careers. Now Jenn can be found out on the river on her paddle board, hiking and backpack camping in the summers, skiing & snowboarding, and hiking in the winters and spending time next to camp fires and oceans stargazing.

She completed her Bachelors of Kinesiology at the University of Calgary. Then she moved on to complete her postgraduate degree, a Masters in Classical Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton, Ontario.

Classical Osteopathy emphasizes the relationship between the structure and function of the human body. Understanding that our bodies are many parts put together to make one functional unit.

The Osteopathic Manual Practitioner works with the patient to stabilize, balance and remove obstructions that prevent the flow of blood, nervous signals, and lymphatic fluid, allowing the body to go through its natural mechanics to self-heal and self-regulate.
