Carole incorporates a range of therapeutic techniques in her treatments, including Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and CranioSacral Therapy (trained through the Upledger Institute). She is committed to lifelong learning and regularly pursues continuing education to further develop her skills.
